This project was developed by the building owner and comprised of stripping the exterior and repairing any areas needing attention. Structural improvements were made to the exterior, which increased insulation of the building along with the esthetic. Lighting was updated to a new energy efficient LED smart control system. Both improvements result in energy efficiencies to the building for the business tenant and residential tenants. The Facade Improvement Grant provided a small portion of the costs to implement & complete this project.
